HOW IT WORKS
Our approach begins with an initial screening of your staff to identify medical issues. From there your customised schedule for the delivery of medical services and patient empowerment activities is activated.
After activation, we support the development of your results-based wellness programs which are developed after having engaged in the screening of the staff to tailor a specific program. This ensures that the program targets the specific health challenges faced by your employees.
Regular check-ins and quarterly corporate health analyses review the health of your employee population, related costs, and operational impacts. When combined with our yearly review, your annual report shows the changes/improvements in the health of the employee population based on medical diagnostic indicators. This data is then used to assist in negotiating lower insurance premiums for corporate clients and to support better-focused wellness initiatives. The report may be structured to highlight specific departments or other sub-groups as required.
